Payment Notice

Payment is due at the time of the order or registration.  Please note that you will NOT be considered registered or confirmed for the service until payment is received. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and checks—made payable to MAS Universal, LLC. If your form of payment is declined, you will be charged an additional processing fee of $35.00.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your order or registration for any reason, cancellation must be received in writing no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program or service start date in order to receive a refund, less a $20.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made after this time or lack of cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

If there is a need to cancel a program or service due to natural disasters or local disasters, a message will be placed on the our website www.MarthaASanchez.com as soon as possible with instructions for follow-up. MAS Universal, LLC will make every effort to notify pre-registered participants of cancellations. No refunds will be given; programs will be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be issued a credit towards future programs.  MAS Universal, LLC and its affiliates reserve the right to update and change this policy at any time.
